Captured!

It has been a week since the Queen City of the South celebrated Sinulog Festival. I was one of the people who flocked to the parade and occupied the sidewalks to witness this spectacular event. That was my first Sinulog experience and I would say that enjoyed it despite the heavy rain, busy streets, thousands of people, and exhausting walk-til-you-get-somewhere adventure. But it was worth all the inconveniences and sacrifices. 😆 I was delighted to see the colorful costumes of the dancers. Of course, the dances were also great and remarkable.

Since that was my first Sinulog experience I captured some pictures to make the memory last longer. 😎  Here are some of the photos from the Sinulog Grand Parade;

I’M THE QUEEN. This girl has all the reasons to smile after being crowned Sinulog Festival Queen ’08.

BEAUTY AND THE HUNCH”BACK” OF NOTRE DAME. This girl is one of the most pretty faces I saw during the parade. The woman beside me had her stop so I could take her picture. This could have been better if this man got out of my sight!

THE WAY YOU LOOK AT ME. Hmmm…there’s something in the way you look at me. You want me to carry your basket! 😆

HANDS UP. Put your hands together! Come On!…
